Vintage advertising recipe booklet cookbook distributed by Northwestern Yeast Co. of Chicago, IL. I was unable to find a year, but the illustrations appear consistent with the 1920's or 1930's. All pages are intact, including a 4-page foldout spread at the center of the book, showing how to make good bread with the "overnight sponge process" with step by step instructions and photos. There are 25 pages in all and the book measures 5" x 8". Minor stains and wear.
