Texas Instruments MSP430 Launchpad, ultra-low power uC w/capacitive touch board! This is a never-used Launchpad eval board that allows you to program the MSP430 ultra-low power microcontrollers from Texas Instruments. You can use it as a programmer board and remove the chip once it's programmed, or you can basically use it like an Arduino etc since it has all of the pins broken out. It also comes with a separate board that came as an add-on - that has capacitive touch points and a ring-like interface for use as a kind of rotary touch interface. Includes two microcontrollers and the original box that it came in.
