They are made by "THE ELEGANT HEIR" in the USA, imported material, I belive they are 100% cotton. They are a size 3T The waist has elastic in the back and unstretched they measure 9 1/2" across (19" round unstretched), stretched they are 11 1/2" across. from the top of the waist to leg is 11 1/4" the suspenders are 22" long in total. there are two button on is 20" the other is 21 1/4" from the waist. (so they can be shortened or lenghtened.
