This is the second issue of a new series of medals that will represent coins from Mexico with different world counterstamps. Each brass medal is minted in a 40 mm planchet and has antique finish.
The legend on the obverse translated to english reads the next:
"GIBRALTAR - DOMINICA - MARTINICA - 10 BIT HEART (1770 - 1772) COUNTERSTAMPS OF THE WORLD OVER MEXICAN COINS 2019"
The NGC label used was specially designed for the Mexican Numismatic firm Del Bosque, Briggs & Bustos and can only be found in coins submitted to NGC by them.
The medals were minted by Fidias Arte, a minting company owned by the chief engraver of the Mexican mint, Mr. Lorenzo Rafael. You can see his initials LR to the right side of the counterstamp on obverse. The number "1" can be seen behind the bust of Charles IV and means this issue is the number one of a series of 10 coins.
The mintage is limited to 200 silver medals and 200 Bronze medals.
