Mexico - 1755 MoMM Large Silver Pillar Dollar

KM-104.2 Silver 8 Reales or "Pillar Dollar" 1755 MoMM in at least VF condition. This coin appears to have been sea-salvaged since it has a brown color. We actually had this one x-rayed just to be certain it was Silver. Has some of the typical encrustations that you typically see on coins that have been in saltwater, but very little actual wear. We don't have a clue as to the origin of the coin or shipwreck as we purchased this from another dealer. The first coin listed in the Red Book and very popular with both US and World collectors. Should be a great value at our low opening bid that includes postage.
