Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns for exchange or refund (the cost of shipping in either direction will not be refunded). The following conditions apply for an exchange or refund :
The item(s) must be shipped within 7 days of the date you received it. The exchanged item(s) must be in the original condition, unworn or altered, and must be returned with all original tags and documents if any. If the product has been soiled or damaged, you will be charged for the product's devaluation and/or cost of repair if necessary. If you are exchanging for a different size, the difference in cost must be paid.
If buyer received wrong/damaged merchandise, please inform us immediately within 3 business days. We will be responsible for all of the cost, including shipping both ways. We offer exchange or refund for the damaged merchandise.
