New this year I have a homemade grain and minerals mix special 2- 10 lb bags that's 20 lbs of high protein mix for.50 for deer and other wildlife.I no longer make the grain blocks or mineral licks blocks that I use to advertise here on e bay. My new deer high protein grain and mineral mix 10 lb bags has the same ingredients as my blocks had.The deer and other wildlife really like the new mix. I stopped making my blocks due to MISHANDLE in shipping .

My new mix has ground and whole corn trace minerals,iodine salt ,peanuts, I blend the mix with apple syrup,and persimmon flavor to enhance it's attractable qualities .
My homemade wildlife grain and mineral mix can be used in your small feeders or just put on the ground in small amounts where the animals hang out and or start a new mineral lick. It's a way to keep wildlife on your properties.
I DON'T WORRY ABOUT THE BEARS,IF YOU HAVE A PROBLEM WITH BEARS THEY ARE GOING TO EAT A PORTION OF IT  REGARDLESS WHERE YOU PUT IT. I HAD PROBLEMS THE FIRST COUPLE OF YEARS WITH THE BEAR WHEN I FIRST STARTED MY LICK AREA FOR DEER IN 2013.NOW THAT THE DEER ARE USE TO THE LICK AREA THEY GET TO THE GRAIN AND MINERALS FIRST ONLY LEAVING SMALL AMOUNTS IF THAT BEFORE I REPLENISH IT WHAT'S LEFT GOES INTO THE GROUND ENHANCING THE AREA.
Example from a period from 7/24 to 8/15 I had all deer on the camera ,dates before that too. I use sparingly when putting out my grain and minerals and replenish my site about every week and half.
I put it out sparingly in small amounts and it last as long as my hard blocks that I use to make.
