Sizes are based on  US garment sizing chart: but can have slight variation from different manufacturers, materials and of course pre-owned and some new items will be pre-shrunk.

Shipping in USA is based on cheapest rate. All supplies and handling are covered by the seller. I never add handling or supply cost to US or international shipping. Quotes are from USPS, not me. Domestic & International buyers will pay USPS quote. Differences in international shipping quotes will be covered by myself, if low, or by the buyer, if high. No adjustments will be made.
