Zenhub-4-Red
This is a simple four-port USB V2.0 hub, designed originally for the ASUS Zenbook. This tiny "Zenhub" comes with a 3-inch mini-USB cable for connection to your USB port, and provides four USB2.0 ports for you to connect your devices.
This is a passive, unpowered hub that draws its power from its upstream USB connection (its connection to a PC or other USB Host).
A passive hub can supply up to 500mA for all of its four USB connections combined. USB devices with a high current draw, such as USB hard drives for example, should either be connected directly to a PC or to a self-powered USB hub (a hub with its own power supply).
This version of the Zenhub has a "red wine" colored ABS plastic finish with tiny grooves that give it the appearance of brushed aluminum. The "V" shape on the top illuminates when
in use.
