King Charles (Carlos I) and Johanna are the regents. It was the conquistadors' plan to mint Gold and Silver coins to send home the Spain and mint Copper to be used by the natives. To their dismay, the natives never accepted Copper as money so the idea was scrapped after a few decades. 29mm average diameter, weighing 5.88 grams. Mint location: Mexico City.
